Lovely, budget priced small hotel conveniently located right in Darling Harbour and just a bus or ferry ride to Sydney Harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff and as a solo traveler I felt safe and very much at "home" here for the 3 nights I stayed. There is a kitchen available to use which was handy as well as a grocery store a few blocks away. There is no elevator which was not a problem for me but may be for others, however staff carried my bag up for me. Room and bed were clean and comfortable with nice linen and there was a TV and Fridge. Staff arranged for a private taxi to take me to airport on my departure date which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to singles, couples or families wanting to explore the area and I will be staying at the Sydney Darling Harbour on my next visit to Sydney.

Excellent location It was great to have a kitchen, fully equipped where you could cook
The room was too hot The fan does not adequately address this problem. There should be air-conditioning fitted The bed in room G was extremely uncomfortable There were springs sticking up everywhere! On one occasion we asked for a room service. No towels were left! I had to ring to ask for some The receptionwas not manned at the times it should have been, especially in the evening. I had to ring to obtain towels and then I wasn't initially understood!
